Drive-In Bash 2020 is a one-of-a-kind, tailgate-style, COVID-19 safe event, presented by WISH for OUR HEROES. 2020 has not been an easy year, and quite frankly, everyone deserves a fun night out. We will listen to live music, grant wishes, honor our military heroes, and work together to assist Central Texas military families with basic needs. Event rules and specifics are listed below.

WHO: WISH for OUR HEROES, local military heroes, local celebrities, and Central Texas military supporters (the best-of-the-best).

WHAT: W4OH Drive-In Bash 2020. A one-of-a-kind event, COVID-safe event, dedicated to honoring and supporting our Central Texas military families in-need. The event will include live music, celebrity guests, and most importantly, we will surprise several military families with incredible wishes.

WHEN: Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 6:00 PM.

WHERE: Pedrotti's North Wind Ranch, 13715 FM 1560 N, Helotes, TX 78023

WHY: To assist Central Texas military families with basic needs: food, shelter, transportation, child needs, medical expenses, and other basic necessities.

This is a COVID-safe event, and all guests must agree to adhere to the following event rules:

In lieu of purchasing a table or golf foursome for 'normal' events, participants will purchase a parking space. Each vehicle will be allowed four people maximum.

There are two ticket tiers, VIP and standard admission. VIP tickets will include spaces closer to the stage, although there are no bad 'parking spaces' in the house.

Each parking space will include a 10' x 12' tailgate space adjacent to each vehicle. This tailgate space will be our guests' real estate for the evening. Guests may set up chairs, tables, and tailgate however they choose.

ALL guests must remain in their designated vehicle spaces and/or tailgate spaces throughout the evening. If a guest needs to use the restroom, masks will be required upon leaving a guests' designated area.

On-stage activities will include live music, wish-granting, fundraising, and several surprise celebrity appearances.

Dinner will be served to all guests. Dinner will be brought to each tailgate space by our W4OH staff.

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from Pedrotti's North Wind Ranch. Each parking row will have a designated drink cart, which will ensure guests don't go thirsty throughout the evening.

Silent and live auctions will be held. Silent auction items will be displayed on golf carts throughout the evening, then guests can bid through the OneCause app. The live auction will be held on-stage, and guests will bid by honking their car horns (oh yeah!).

Security personnel will enforce COVID precautions to ensure event rules are upheld. We will provide a safe, fun environment for our guests. We will prove that it's possible to do the fun things we enjoy while staying safe and continuing to do our part to fight this horrible pandemic.
